I bring a seasoned professional hand to my work. A child of the industry with actor parents, I’ve acted since the year dot but also stepped away for a time. During those years, I lived and worked abroad, building a successful career in defence journalism and human rights before returning to embrace my home turf and acting DNA. That eclectic journey has shaped me as a performer.
I’ve worked globally with multi-award-winning playwrights and filmmakers. My theatre credits span the West End, regional and national stages, and international touring across Europe, Australia, and Pakistan.
Notable stage work includes King Charles III (Almeida West End & Sydney Theatre Company). In 2025, I premiered a 74-minute one-woman show in London, furthering my commitment to bold, character-driven theatre. On screen, I’ve appeared in BBC, ITV, Disney/Hulu, Netflix, TF1 France, and Bollywood productions, including the Royal Television Society-winning What About Me. 2025 releases included ITV’s Code of Silence, Grace, and Hallmark’s Royal-ish.
My first feature film Shiner was opposite Sir Michael Caine and Martin Landau.
I won a Best Supporting Actress award at the Independent Shorts Awards (Los Angeles) for Toby’s Song and was nominated in the same category at the British Horror Film Festival for The Heritage (Hulu’s Bite Size Halloween S3).
As a filmmaker, my projects - including The Shriving, The Confessional and Verses from Diamond Hill - have screened as Official Selections and Award-Winners at festivals such as Independent Shorts, LA’s Indie Shorts Fest, London’s East End Film Festival, and two IFTA-affiliated festivals and Dublin's Bloomsday.
Filming in a Lebanese refugee camp profoundly influenced my passion for socially conscious storytelling. I am a proud alumna of the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, London (ALRA) and a British Council exchange at Espace Acteur, Paris..
